Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or customer-damaged products
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Clearance or special discount items (if mentioned)
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from PuspaMart
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
